:( Hello everyone, am feeling so down just lately but the thing is I can be fine one minute then for no reason I feel like I am on a roller coaster going down a big hill and feel so depressed and it's frightening I am already on anti depressants and have been for years, what is happening??? I see the consultant on monday so will speak to him, dont know if it has anything to do with this MGUS that I now have been diagnosed as having, I am also getting a lot of pins and needles in my hands, plus a lot more pain and stiffness again. Sorry to moan but no one else seems to understand.

Take care

Rosie XX

    Dear Rosie

It is me again. I wish I had some answers for you, Rosie, but I do not, but it is good to see you back on the site again after your break and able to talk to us all about how you are feeling with these waves of emotions that are washing over you. You must be very worried by these new symptoms you have and the diagnosis you have had recently. It is not too long to wait now for your appointment on Monday and I do hope that you come away with some more information and reassurances.

In the meantime, I send you hugs and hope that you get more good waves than bad waves today.

    Lots of love
    Elna x(())
The happiest people don't have the best of everything. They just make the best of everything.

If you can lay down at night knowing in your heart that you made someone's day just a little bit better, you know you had a good day.

Hi Rosie, can't offer much help for you, but I get pins and needles in my hands too, it could be carpal tunnel, maybe you should see you gp, if he/she won't then ask for a second opinion it is your right, but sending you some soft and gentle hugs love Jaspercatxx

    Oh Rosie,

I am sorry your on the roller coaster, they are horrible things. I think its just your on overload. I have a few conditions and when they find another there is a bit of me that just can't cope with it. It takes a while to adjust so hang in there and try not to worry. I know its a stupid thing to say but worrying makes everything so much worse.

The pins and needles thing, I got them all down one arm and in one foot. Mine comes from nerve damage in my neck and spine so mention it to the guy on monday. Good luck for that appointment and well a ((( ))) and take care, Cris

Hi, I just wanted to wish you well for your appt on Monday. Living with a chronic illness takes a lot out of us emotionally. Just being tired can make you feel low, let alone pain, loss of mobility etc.

I hope you are feeling a bit better today. Have a lovely weekend, and let us know how you get on on Monday!

    Take care

You're having to deal with a lot at the moment and it must be difficult. I do get pins and needles too but I think it's coming from my neck pain and it also gives me migraines. I try the tens machine to help a bit, painkillers are not really helping. Good luck on monday for your appointment, I do hope you get some answers.
    bye for now

I'm so sorry you feel down. When I get down, I feel that I'll never be able to feel up again, but I have. Last week was my B.......r of a week and I don't really know why. I think thats the difficult thing to come to terms with.

I hope you soon start to feel a little better and more positive. Take care, Lots of Love Sue xxxx
