Artrosilium gel

Hi all, have any of you come across a gel called Artroslium?.
Someone at work has left me an ad for the stuff on my PC, it describes the gel as "a miricle", I have never come across the stuff so I want to know if it is any good or is nothing more than snake oil. :?

    Oh yes, we have indeed come across Artrosilium. It is one of the many 'miracles' on the market but as far as we are concerned it comes under the 'unproven remedies' category.
