has anyone got any tips for remebering what you taken and when?

do you use an alarm to remind you on a mobile on just stick post it notes every where, any ideas that work.

just wondering as i,m just sitting here thinking have i had my last lot of medicine know the feeling i bet you do lol

    I have a seven-day pill wallet, each day broken into four parts: breakfast, noon, evening, bed. Every Sunday I load the pills into the compartments, then through the week I can see what I have and haven't taken. I find it very useful - the best £2.99 I ever spent! Your chemist may have something similar. DD

    I'm glad I helped, only49. There are many shapes, sizes and designs around, ranging from cheap to expensive. Get a cheap one first to determine how useful it is!

    HI, For people who can't cope with opening all the packets, the chemist will dispense like that. I don't know if you need an instruction from your GP for them to do this or if they charge.

    I took 2 of the slow acting tramadol at once one morning and when I started to feel odd, I rang the doc. He said I'd be alright, just sit back and relax, but DON't drive! Trouble is he has a dry sense of humour and I am not allowed to forget it if I see him!!! I had a septic foot once from stepping on my black cat. As I limped out he called across the waiting room, 'Next time get a white cat'! :oops:
