    I do find the cold gets into my joints, wish it wouldn't.

    I agree with you about the fb thingy, thought I'd done something wrong when they all started jumping out at me! How do you make yourself appear offline?

    Bottom right hand corner where it says chat, click on it then click options then click go off line :) It was sending me dizzy :shock:

    Hi jules, No different hun. I have legs like dead weights & feel like someone has punched me in the back.
    Pain never goes away & the stiffness has various degrees through out theday :roll:

    Hi everyone, a lot of pages to look at, not sure I will manage to read back, but I hope everyone is as ok as possible. It is way below freezing here, roofs all frosty and cars frozen solid. Full moon as well.

    Best be warming up up the milk, for a round of hot chocolate and some qsuishy marshmallows. d030.gif I think I will put some soup on, for those who need thawing out.

    Debs Its not just me joints any more its all down me shins back of my legs and arms, and its starting in my back. Just hope these tests are ok don't want anything else. People will think I'm being greedy :wink:

    evening all

    just popped in with a big pan of chicken soup to warm us up and to help out all those feeling less than 100% (that will be everyone then :wink: ) sorry didn't ahve a veggie option today :oops: will try harder for tomorrow :wink::wink:

    hope you have all had a good weekend?

    we had a new memory foam mattress, and a friend came for a meal today, so been quite busy.

    right ... will leave the pan on a low light for any latecomers, and a flask of hot choccy is ready as well.

    Hot chocolate sounds great, mind if I have one?

    Those memory foam mattresses are really good, we even take ours with us when we go away to our friends caravan..
    Makes a big difference, hope it is good for you too..

    Hubby had a good sleep last night but I am taking time to get used to it ..... but don't regret it as we got a very good deal I belive :wink:

    still got the other mattress though ...... just in case we don't get on with this one ........... but they take up a lot of room don't they :lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

    cold here tonight ...... got gloves on to type in, but hopefully I will get warm in a minute when I go for my bath.

    It would be nice to sleep well, lol... I had to stop taking the mst's that the pain clinic put me on after only two days, I felt so ill it wasn't worth the amount of pain relief I was getting, so now, back to the old regieme and less sleep.. Oh well.. LOL
