    I preferred more on long-lasting medication and effect. Creams are just served as first-aid but the effect is for short-term purpose only. A greater possibility of coming back again. This is based on my personal experience. My auntie preferred us to take health supplement like Omega 3 Fish Oil that promotes good benefits on aching joints and other body parts. its more effective if the supplements is naturally pure what we've take, a Maxalife's Omega 3 Fish Oil.
