Hi there, a big hello to you all. battling on, the spinal stenosis is the worst I`m dealing with at the moment. The knees and hips fade into the background when that gets going. But then my fellow sufferers you`d know all about that.

Hope everyone is having a good weekend and are not in too much pain. :wink:

    Welcome to the forum..
    Can't comment on spinal stenosis(not heard of it),hopefully someone else can..Knees and hip, i know that feeling, that is my main problem at the moment, a right pain with mobility..
    So how long has arthur been bothering you??Is it OA in your knees and hips?
    The forum is a great place to chat, we are a great bunch on ere, enjoy having a laugh too which certainly brightens the darkest day..

    Hi,

    Nice to meet you sorry it's cos you got arthritis, don't know much about your type I am afraid but just wanted to say welcome. Keep posting you will get a lot of support from this forum, I do. I am 43 with AS and take the usual suspects painkillers, anti inflams and anti TNF and methotrexate.
