hiya all
my name is trace and two months ago was told have arthritis of neck and spine .... so be great to talk to others
at mo am doing two jobs but am finding it very difficult in one of my jobs that i do as it means moving heavy cages ect
and will prob have to give it after 9 years of being there
well there is just a short hi to u all
