There are no cakes and it's got nothing to do with a bakery!

You might think my title is a bit odd but bear with me.
I have yet another baker's cyst, on a different knee to the most recent one just for variety, you see. I only had a steroid injection a week or so ago, so I was surprised at its appearance. Rheumy physio feels I have OA (at the grand old age of 25!!) in my knees as a result of uncontrolled RA in my feet, ankles and right hip for the best part of 4 years. I am now using two crutches to try and improve my gait but it appears the damage has been done.
I am most disappointed that a baker's cyst is in no way related to a baker or a bakery and that the cyst did not come from a baker. I had hoped to return the cyst to the baker in return for cakes.
Regardless of the non-existent baker, I am going to have some cakes to comfort myself. I may even visit a bakery, any orders? No cysts allowed!

Sorry to hear your news and do hope things improve a little for you soon. If we are talking about cake, could I have coffee and walnut or chocolate plse? Hope you enjoyed yours, whatever it was!

So sorry to hear you're suffering Starburst, although your post made me laugh so loudly I startled the cat! Got to have a sense of humour!
I have lemon cheesecake in the freezer, don't mind if I do! xToots x0 -
Oh s*d it, if it's not one thing then it's another. I too have OA thanks to untreated PsA and it's not fun. NOT FUN. NOT FUN.
It seems to me, young Sophie, that you are having waaaaay to much of the bad stuff and nowhere near enough of the good stuff. I sincerely hope that things begin to improve for you very soon. DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0 -

Thanks for the support, you lovely people. I had a lovely swim yesterday - I say 'swim' but I just float and stretch as per my physio's advice. On the way home, I drove past a lovely bakery and just had to stop, I had a warm, freshly baked pain au chocolate. It was great!0
