Hi I have been back to work for a year now had ap scan last week I need two knee replacements a new hip got letter from the hospital to take to occy health but my boss will not send me it's to make ajustments at work to help me untill I have my operation what can I do

    I'm pretty sure your boss has to do it whether he likes it or not, Yaris, but I don't know the avenues to go down to make him. I hope someone else comes along who does and I wish you luck.
    If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

    Do you have an HR department? Speak to them, they will know the rules and what responsibilities the company has to you (which include a workplace assessment), your boss probably doesn't have a clue. If you don't have an HR department, maybe phone Citizen's Advice? Good luck
