    They didn't give me any indication as to timescale, I will leave it for a month, if I haven't heard anything then I will chase.

    I'm sorry it's caused more problems with ure shoulder.

    I'm really sad to hear ure having a bad day. I wish I could help in some way, ure all so kind & helpful to me but I'm at a loss as to wot to say!!
