You may not know the name but you'll recognise the face. New Zealnder Ross Burden has died at 45. He made his name as a chef and appeared on Ready Steady cook regularly.

  I always used to watch Ready,Steady, Cook. So sad to hear he passed away so young, R.I.P Ross Burden.
