Hello all, I joined this forum this evening, few areas of help needed really, but I shant bore you all with it in my first post lol !

    Hello and welcome jackie :) I'm sure you won't be boring us but, if you have questions about arthritis,just put them on the Living With Arthritis forum as not many people venture onto the Say Hello one. I'll look forward to seeing you around :)
