    You sound upbeat but you've had a tough time of it, scampdog. You are clearly doing all the right things and I hope very much it all pays off for you in the end and you will get the movement back - hopefully painfree movement. Please keep us updated.
    If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

    thanks Sticky Xx Therapist tells me I have to learn to love my hand again !, have to stay positive although it would be easy to not be !!, have to keep in my head there is always someone worse off than me and I am lucky in so many ways Xxxx
