    Hi thanks for the reply - I have rheumatoid arthritis effecting my hands and feet. Which compared to most isn't so bad.

    Just recently I seem to feel :sick-in-bed: with no energy how do you cope with it.

    Thank you dreamdaisy for your welcome it was really nice to have someone respond to me I look forward to typing to you in the future.
