Where do I find the button to TURN ON SEARCH facility?

Just registered.
FAQ doesn't indicate how I make SEARCH button appear on my menu?
Any help with this?

Hello again Smith007.

You will find the ‘search’ facility close to the top right of the page, (any page), to the left of the FAQ and underneath ‘contact us’ just click on it.
