Fish oil capsules for RA

Hi everyone!

I take fish oil capsules to help with my RA but the jar I have is nearly finished. I can't seem to find it anywhere! Where does everyone else get theirs from or what brand do you use? I know they have to be high in EPA but can't seem to find any at a good strength to be beneficial to me unles I take a few a day which I don't fancy doing!!

I was told to take a spoonful neat with milk , never done it for some reason but they (consultant + nurse) said the capsules will not do anything

always got the omega 3 ones myself , as a general rule be careful mixing over-the-counter pills with some RA drugs like methotrexate

Thanks for the advice! Will take a look at the Superdrug ones just now.

I've tried the liquid and threw up nearly every time it went near my mouth lol so it is not for me! Thank you though x
