Taping encourages lazy muscles, I know that tennis players do it but they are considerably younger, considerably fitter and in the hands of trained physios. For us lesser and older mortals the way to improvement lies in exercising suitably and regularly else we are creating future trouble. It's surprising how quickly muscles can lose their tone - and how quickly it can be restored. I know it can be painful to work certain muscle groups due to painful joints but one has to grit one's teeth and get on with it: there are no easy answers, if there were this forum would not exist. DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0
