Hi everyone
I'm new to the group- I have osteoarthritis in my back/cervical spinal fusion & fibromyalgia - struggling to exercise but really want to any hints/tips xx used to love walking with the whole family (and a walking group but can't do the distance now - love getting in a pool although I can only walk up and down but in the current situation that's been taken away)

Welcome to the forum, it’s great to have you with us. I am sorry to hear the osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia is causing you so much pain and keeping you from the activities you love.

Thank you - most of the exercises outlined yes I have been given by various physios over the years - I'm actually 17 years in now with my osteoarthritis - unfortunately since my cervical spinal fusion 4 years ago my freedom to exercise has become more restrictive
I do try to walk but as we all know one flare up knocks us back so very much - everyone around me says I'm such a positive person always with a smile etc but I wish I could still do the exercise I know my body needs xx
