Foot Massager or Foot Spa for OA

I suffer with stiffness in the toe joints of my feet, in particular where the toe joins the foot. I read that heat and cold work quite well in easing the pain and joint flexability and wondered if any members had found foot massagers or foot spa any help in easing the stiffness in their feet.

    Hi @webman

    No harm in trying a foot spa thingy they aren't too expensive are they?

    When my feet are really sore they love a soak in cold water I have usually coped with a bowl though.

    Have you seen a podiatrist to see if your footwear could be improved?
