Hi Debbie,
I had widespread RA but no replacements when I had my two sons. I'd assume that your obstetrics team would be the people who would need to know and advise about this but, as a first port of call, I always find GPs good at both advice and knowing who to consult. Good luck! It's tough with small children but lovely too.
If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.
