Bone broth

Hi has anyone tried drinking bone broth to help with ostoarthus pain and does it make a difference or is it just another fad thanks

The animal sourced ingredients are pretty much what they use to make glue. As the article says, you would be much better off making a good vegetable soup. The high lead content in some of the broths (10 times levels found in drinking water ) would be enough to put me off!
