Arthritis Supplements for Type 2 diabetics

Hi

I suffer from cervical spondylosis and stenosis. As I also have type 2 diabetes, I was wondering if anyone knows of any supplements which would help my arthritis but not adversely affect the diabetes.

    I'm not a believer in supplements but, if you do want to try that route, I suggest your local pharmacist is your best and safest bet. Be sure he / she is aware of any other prescribed or over the counter meds you take so that they can check for interactions.

    If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.
