How can I stop Loud Joint Popping sounds all over my Body.? painful at times

I have had loud popping joint noises for close to 9 years, it started in the toes and has spread to my knees, elbows, back and literally all over the body. I am really growing frustrated, how can I be helped. I live in Uganda, an African country.

    Why don't you tell us a bit more about yourself? All our members live with arthritis in some form and if the popping noises are arthritis-related, I'm sure that at least one of our members can share a similar experience with you,
