Hello
Hi
My name is Georgina and I was originally diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my knee at 40. Since then I've developed osteoarthritis in my hands but have successfully managed both this and my knees with Naproxen. However, I've recently been diagnosed with arthritis in my AC joint and am struggling to manage the pain caused by this. I wondered if anyone else had this particular problem.

Hi @Delight_in_Nature and welcome to the Online Community, great to have you here.
I understand that you have been diagnosed with acromioclavicular arthritis which is causing difficult pain. You may already have seen it, but our website has some useful information on osteoarthritis in the shoulder that may be of some help:
This includes some suggestions on managing the condition and also some links to suggested exercises for the shoulder:
I'm sure other members who also have arthritis in the shoulder will suggest how they cope with the disease.
Do join in across the Community, ask questions, give support, and say how you are getting on. You will be most welcome.
All best wishes
Brynmor
