Hello,

My name is Nina, I was diagnosed with arthritis and fibromyalgia 7 years ago when I was 46. I had to give up work 2 years ago & I’m interested in making new friends, especially with people suffering with arthritis &/or fibromyalgia. who understand the struggles & challenges it imposes on life.

Many thanks

Nina (Roses)

Hi Roses. I work 3 days a week as working 5 days a week sitting in one position had me taking painkillers thro the day and wanting to cry on the drive home from work. The specialist physio gave me confidence to do some exercise and to be sensible but to push myself a bit. I do ballet and stretch classes that I think help me. Working 3 days is manageable . I have osteoarthritis in L5 S1 , post hepatic neuralgia and a tilted pelvis but I have already found I can do more than I thought I could. But some days are bad, but hopefully the next day is better🤞
