Orthotics Waiting List - Lothian

Hi,

I’m new to the group and am really struggling just now. I have fibromyalgia and rheumatoid or psoriatic arthritis (still being diagnosed). I am suffering from chronic pain and was referred to orthotics in April last year. I’m still on the waiting list.

i was wondering if anyone could recommend any splints/orthotics they have found useful for wrists, fingers, hips, knees, heels, elbows or shoulders? I should get appointment within the next couple of months and want to be prepared for what is on offer - if anything.
