Hemp cream for arthritis???

Hi a friend of mine suggested trying hemp cream to help with pain of RA was wondering if anyone has tried it or know anything about it? It’s not something I’ve heard of and don’t know anything about it

  I purchased this last week it was in a tube from a well known online supllier, I have used it three times and found it was not any use to me , so it is left on the shelve, but everyone is different using it.
