Arthritic knees.

Hello,

I am here to sharing the pain I am having with arthritis in my knees. I also have the same pain on my hands.

Everyday is a bad day and I have no pain free days.

I see that you have arthritic pain in knees and and hands, with no pain free days. You do not say if this is a long term issue or if you are receiving medical attention.

Thank you for the links. How would I know if it is Rheumatoid? As I have all the symptoms.

I was diagnosed with Osteoarthritis in 2015. Long term. Co-codamol does not work. Ibuleve works for a while.

I need to get some turmeric and cinnamon.
