Osteoarthritis knee pain

Hello l've recently been diagnosed with mild osteoarthritis of the knee, l've had many days when the pain has been really painful with burning sensation , stiffness, pinching sensation, also l find it difficult to walk properly 😢. Which it makes me feel really low whilst at work and at home doing my normal daily activities ie shopping, cleaning, l go swimming once a week although whilst doing that l still feel pains in my knee. Also work at our local hospital has a porter supervisor which involves a lot of walking now l find myself not being able to walk round the hospital has l use to and have to have rest inbetween my duties. Any advise would be grateful received
