New to the forum, lots of questions!

Hi

I am waiting to hear from my gp about a diagnosis of arthritis. I have had blood tests and awaiting results.

One question i have is how to manage the constant pain. I take ibuprofen and paracetamol which takes the edge off. Any suggestions would be very welcome.
