I heard the advert for this on the radio so thought I’d join and say hi … my main problem is I’ve had two torn rotator cuffs and now ends the arthritis in left shoulder which is really getting me down , has anyone else had the same please with any recommendations? Thanks 😊

You tell us that you have arthritis in your shoulder (and also other joints) and I am assuming that this is osteoarthritis. Have you talked to a doctor about the arthritic pain and are you getting any support in the form of pain control and a diagnosis?
