Newly diagnosed & terrified of what’s to come

Hello @Mandi A very warm welcome to the Versus Arthritis Online community.

I see you are newly diagnosed (with Osteoarthritis?) and are terrified of what might be to come. This is just such a common feeling, but luckily there are lost of people here who have either already been through it or are going through it along with you. You are no longer alone.
