Seem to bruise easily big bruise on arm dont remember bashing it

    If you're bruising easily and often it might be a good idea to check the leaflets that come with any meds you take. Some can cause easy bruising. And/or, if you're taking OTC meds/supplements, they could be interacting adversely. Your pharmacist could advise.

    If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

    Great advice from @stickywicket there pharmacists are a hive of information.

    Unexplained bruising is worth getting checked.
