Hello, diagnosed last month with OA in hip following x ray, feeling similiar symptoms in knees and neck although not diagnosed as yet, have intermittent , sometimes immobilising, pain and stiffness and am looking forward to reading any infomation, advice etc that can improve symptoms , pain and mobility issues going forward , thanks ,Paula

Thank you for joining, hopefully you will find useful information and advice here.
You say you have a recent diagnosis of OA of the hip and are experiencing pain and stiffness.
Being diagnosed with osteoarthritis doesn’t mean your condition will get worse, as there are things you can do to improve your symptoms, this includes healthy eating and making sure you get plenty of exercise as this will strengthen the muscles that support your hip joint.
