Shockwave therapy

I know it's not arithitis related but I have gone through shockwave for Achilles tendonitis recently. I don't feel it's help ankle at all but I did notice that when it started it seem to affect my arithitis on my knee....has anyone experienced this therapy.....feel like I'm on my own here as all iv read is it really helps....xx

    I am sorry you are feeling alone with this but I think you might be a bit of a pioneer here. I cant remember anyone else having shockwave therapy and I've been here for a long time.

    I did an internet search (shockwave therapy nhs) and got some medical research and this

    Of you think its maki g your knee worse you should say so. It might be that your knee is over compensating of course while the ankle is rested???
