Cortisone injections.

Hi 👋,

I had my cortisone injection finally, in my hip, this was just 3 weeks ago, but it’s already started wearing off! 🙈

What is everyone else’s experience with it? I’m not sure what the next steps will be now 🤷‍♀️🙈

    I had a mix injected into my lower back many years ago. It was steroid and anaesthetic. It had no effect. Was suppose to last up to six months. No effect at all.
