Just found this website, what a relief and knowing there is help, have osteoarthritis in major joints since 2019 at Walton Hospital Chesterfield. Really suffering with knee at moment and haven't been able to climb stairs to bed for last 5 days, hopefully it will ease soon.

I have RA . You have definitely come to the right place. Lots of useful tips on here.
Hope you get some pain relief sorted soon. When my pain was at its worst, I would sit on my bottom and go upstairs that way, it took ages lol, but I think you find your own way of doing things.
