Hi I’m new, how do you cope with Osteoarthritis?
I was diagnosed with OA, 6 years ago when I had my first knee replacement. I recovered from that really well but, now it’s spread to several other areas and I’m always in pain. I’m 56 now and can’t see how to cope with this pain everyday, if it’s with me forever! I’d welcome your advice and support, please? Susie

Hi @SusieTop
Welcome to the community! Sorry to hear you are struggling with the pain from your OA, I'm pleased to hear though that your knee replacement was a success.
OA pain is a tough one as there are limited treatments other than NSAIDs Painkillers and NSAIDs | Side-effects, uses, time to work (versusarthritis.org) but maybe some of the alternative treatments/therapies would be worth exploring
Hope you get some more support from some of our wonderful members.
Best wishes
