You are experiencing a lot of pain in your foot, knee and hip and have recently been diagnosed with OA.

We are glad you found us because you are now part of a friendly supportive group who have probably all felt the same as you when newly diagnosed. The pain of OA can be quite overwhelming at times and some members have shared their tips on how they use distractions to help them cope.
