Hi, I am new here. My Doctor recommended this site. I am a long term (20+) years sufferer and heading very close to 70

    I am so pleased to hear that your Dr recommended you join the forum.

    I see from your post that you have had Arthritis for many years, so I won't waste your time with lots of information you probably already know. Hopefully though this might be of use to you:
