Was diagnosed a little over a year ago in both hips and both hands. At the moment my hands/thumps are worse than my hips. I use Ibuprofen Gel at 10% which give me some relief, anyway its good to find a site to discuss Arthritis things

Hi @Jezza have you tried Capsaicin cream - available on prescription but might be of some help.

Hi @Jezza I've used Capsaicin and it does give some temporary relief for me. I normally put it on my hands and base of thumbs and then put compression gloves over the top so that I don't get the chilli in my eyes or mouth.
