Crippling pain

Hi.I am 69 years old and have had chronic low back pain for 7.5 years.diagnosed with severe lumbar facet joint arthritis plus various bulges etc.also arthritis in both hips particularly the right pls arthritis in both sacroiliac joints.my pain affects my whole body from top to bottom.only ever had lumbar and hip and pelvis mri and X-rays.my entire back and spine is so painful and I don’t sleep properly at night as I can’t keep still.it’s the same with sitting etc.walking is awful and my legs go very weak.had physio but this increases pain levels.also headaches.only meds I am on is tramadol sr 50 mg twice a day.plus paracetamol.I can’t take anti inflammatory meds because I am on a blood thinner.any tips or advice I would be most grateful.
