Worried about work

Hi

I have OA in both knees and work as a school cleaner I struggle to get around and often sit down when the pain comes although I do manage to get my work done. My concern is that I come across unprofessional and feel that I am not doing my job properly. I want to work as long as I can as I have good and bad days should I be worried that my employer might want to finish me? 🤔

    @Karond123 I think it is down to the strength of your convictions, that you want to carry on. The number of people who keep telling me or wondering when I will retire, amaze me, when its none of their business what I decide to do.

    Employers should make reasonable adjustments for you speak to the Head or HR and explain best of luck
