Bad osteoarthritis pain

Why is my osteoarthritis so much worse during the winter months in all my affected joints.

Thank you it's always worse during winter and even spring, but usually much improved during the summer. Roll on the summer 😊

A host of Arthers took part in the research by one of the university’s , proving the link between low pressure weather and OA pain. Air pressure is 14.7psi, the gaps in your joints are about 8.5psi so every time air pressure changes due to a change in weather conditions it affects your joints which are already vunerable due to changes in their structure. Can’t remember exact figures but this will give you an idea of what’s happening and why.
It’s a grin really, honest!
