Diagnosis of oa in neck
hi seems my last post was cut short , sorry, I’ve recently (last Tuesday) been diagnosed with significant oa throughout my cervical neck area, gp also said lordosis?? I’m not really understanding what the means, she’s referred me to MSK clinic for mri and further tests, I received a letter four days later asking to phone said clinic to make an appointment! That was quick lol, I take cocodamol and amatryptaline, which I’m not really happy taking in case it increases my weight which I’ve only now got down to my target and perfect bmi, anyone else suffer with the same neck problems? Thanks

Morning @bb61 and sorry to hear your concerns about neck pain.
I had neck and shoulder pains at the beginning of my journey I found simple physio exercises helped a lot plus medication of course but like you dont like taking!!
