Morning frogmorton my back pain got worse I could hardly walk in the afternoon just before work so I had to phone in sick last minute notice I really hoped it would of been better to go to work I felt awful phoning in sick. I hope you are well and I hope you had a good day yesterday.

Hi all 👋 well that was not much fun, don't think I'll do that many things at once again 😬

Thank you all went ok as far as it goes frog but waiting at all ends of the day is not the best idea. Maybe now I can haz the 'several days between the next thing'??! let's hope. Sleek was a big help ta we were both a bit ruffled around the fur & whiskers by the end but we have promised ourselves a quiet day to compensate 👍️😽. Glad Paul had a nice birthday sorry I didn't have time to put more effort into his cake but as you say more layers and masses of piping might have just been putting temptation in his path 🤭 (all I'm saying is there are some very odd cakes out there 😮). Thank you Joan everyone turned up ok it was just the wrong sort of gaps between so you couldn't really have a good sit down between. Shopping had a few things missing and a few I forgot but at least I didn't forget to put my frozen away that's the best I can say for myself today. How did Charlie's grandson get on hope he wasn't locked out. Can't beat a good pair of pliers 👍️ have a good day tomorrow, looks a bit damp but after that quite nice! fingers crossed 😘 xx

I’m with you on that Toady, those bumpy ones were all left in the packet when the others were gone. I did make a bit of a pig if myself, it was only a small packet but didn’t last much more than an afternoon.

Mum’s okay thanks for asking, although I didn’t get to see her much whilst weather was cold, I did brave it and go in the Mini and again recently on the Beemer but last time I went she didn’t even wake up despite me being there and chatting to her. The time before that she thought I was her brother Roy and kept asking how (our long dead) mother was. We had a laugh about it, then 5 minutes later went through the whole thing again.

Toni I hope you are still able to drive, is it just up close the eyes are suffering? I seem to have about 4 pairs of different glasses depending on what I am doing. Guitar, soldering, reading, minute circuit board stuff etc etc.

I am sitting in bunker typing this listening to the sound of the rain on the roof. I have played through all my SRV songs this morning including Texas Flood and just started on the Clapton stuff but started feeling rough again, I had a lay in after Sucré went off to Nursery as I felt bad.

Stuart, I consider 5 hours sleep a good night’s rest these days. Often up at 2am, especially now the bike season is starting, rather than laying in bed for hours trying to get comfy I get up and watch the MotoGP or WSBK, plus I don’t have fibre web, so I get a better picture when its just me on the wifi. Half a post is better than no bread frog 🤭 thank you for troubling to reconstruct the rest. Yes today has been quiet thank goodness, except being injection day, much less eggs-orsting 😺. The lure of the the triple booking was to get some of these sunny days for myself/garden, let's hope! 🤞. Hope you get some seeds in too 😊. I am mostly sorting and looking at notes etc. Hope food bank all went well 👍️ and anything else on your to-do list. Have been doing a bit of project cupboard, couple of little pics. Sanded down, veneer glued where it was lifting, and patched. Quite pleased with the bottom corner mend, the top one is giving me more trouble because I gave myself a straight line on the replaced piece and should have shaped it to blend in better. Looking a lot less miserable and splintery anyway. I love 'Elfie's house' cake with its little door, it's charming 😀. Hope everybody well and you have a good day tomorrow 😘 xx.

Hello Joan, nothing important missing in my shopping thanks, only things I can get from the milkman if I want. Hope you get on ok in town tomorrow, so sorry you have lost emails 😟 are you taking your phone in to be looked at, hope they can help. I had almost forgotten the long liquorice allsorts with the white in the middle (haven't had any for ages), yes I loved those too, I used to chew the outer off and eat the middle separately sometimes 🤭. You can get vegetarian ones but they aren't the same really. Have a good evening 😘 xx oh I meant to say about the magpies, yes I see them here they seem to come & go, so at least I don't worry too much they are having the other birds food 🐦️.

The printer is playing up too but at least it is still printing, no thanks to me getting a sticky label sheet jammed in it 😬. How is the tech situation at yours at the moment, was it you/your mum having cable or charger problems, can't find it now sorry. Glad you have the MotoGP &c to watch now SK 👍️ & hope you felt better as today went on. Sorry your mum has been more forgetful, sounds like it does not worry her too much in herself I hope. Weather really is looking much better touch wood, nearly March as it's a short month, I keep forgetting. I bet the bumpy pink & blue allsorts are not as pink and blue as they used to be, all those bright colours are long gone 😬. Have a good night :) xx
