Thanks about mum and the bread maker, yes the bread maker is new, before she’d just made some types of Indian flatbreads.

Unfortunately the bread my dad today, using the aforementioned machine, upset my stomach, he made some clementine juice bread or something like that haha

Tasted nice, but very much a gastric enemy I’m afraid- also a bit unbalanced Hatter - ish surely??

all that citric acid can’t be good for anyone’s stomach in my humble opinion

In other news I watched some more wholesome Blue Carb & Mustard, in which the cat wrote a book so boring that it sent the whole neighbourhood to sleep, even the phantom neighbours!
I must tell toady - what a nice solution to the issue of noisy neighbours from the spirit world, a book so boring it has a tranquillising effect, much like dads voice when he relates the tale of how he purchased reduced marrots at al fresco and saved 20 pence lol.

Sorry I was just in fits of laughter as I saw a video of our Iittle hero who is learning French and learning colours, he’s learned how to say, “vert, noir, blanc” but he said the words with such a funny expression on his face, I think he said he’s being an angry French horse who snorts with nostrils flaring in rage as he recites his colours or something like that, very hard to describe properly he provided a well - needed dose of hilarity there.

Good morning everyone

Toady (()) how are you. You ring people now and you get press 1 for this 2 for that and all you want to do is speak to someone. I just got a cordless vacuum because I can’t lift the big one we have. I couldn’t even get this one out of the box yesterday so when Charlie came this morning I said he fixed it all together it’s charging now. I’ve been using a carpet sweeper but it’s not good enough for all the leaves that come in. Have a good day sorry if it’s still noisy

But this morning she wasn’t feeling well with side effects from shingles jab

I think her diabetic eye test went well but it was hard to say as she was stressed as the cleaners were running so late, they have just arrived - about 3 hours late!
But I think generally she’s calmer than yesterday thanks

I’m glad that Elf is keeping an eye on you lol

group was good thanks, I managed to leave the house slightly earlier, partly as I had coconut water in the morning I believe, I do like the energy it gives me but some mornings it’s just too cold for it and sometimes the taste somehow isn’t that nice to me first thing, but as I say today I drank it and also somehow got ready and organised a little bit earlier than usual, it made a big difference though

RR was busy in Artists’ Corner so didn’t speak to myself and other humble members of the proletariat lol

Nice M was looking better, she’s dressed smartly and seemed happier, poor lady

Poor J the leader had a nasty fall, she’s hurt her face, I think she should’ve been resting at home but she’s one of these people who never rests, she will go to the gym against doctors advice even in extreme pain and discomfort for example 🤷‍♀️

Nasty S was busy in the close proximity to the Artists’ Realm, so no worries there 👍

I was early enough to avoid nasty M though and I will praise any gods I can find for that haha

So as I mentioned I am slowly reading the basic psychology book and I really like the style in which it’s written, it’s very down to earth as well as being intelligent and funny,

The author writes about how are minds are cluttered with stuff put there by social media, advertising, bosses, colleagues etc, for example he’s a single dad and he creates a humourous fiction that he worries if he’s made a suitable kale pie for the scrutiny of some of the bossy mothers, etc, it’s quite fun to read 👍

Hello Joan, yes all the press 1 and 2 on the phone gets very annoying, especially as it hasn't made things more efficient, that would be the only good reason for it 🙄. Glad your vacuum is up & running 👍️ do you remember the plaited rope replacement handle I made for my cylinder vac, that has given up the ghost as well now, I will have to think again 🤔😄. It has been so much chillier! but no noise at all for days, thank you, it's been very welcome 👍️. Have a good day 😘 xx

Hi bosh, thank you for all the baked bean they will be a comfort to me in my hour of need tomorrow (workmen) or my several hours, however long it is strung out for 😬 will be in afterwards for tea that's for sure. Sorry your mum has the slight temp side effect hope it's only mild and passes quickly 🤞. No milkmen at time of going to press, I have the postman tomorrow that will be quite enough, not to mention I've just remembered I've left my garden cold frame open and have to go out and close it by torchlight - will I trip over a plant pot and alert the phantom neighbours - omg let's hope not 👻😱 quick, pass the boring book!!
