The atmosphere in this house also can be expressed by green sick faced emojis I’m afraid
it just seems to be getting worse and worse

On a different subject I left the fb women’s health type group but I recently joined another one, I asked a question about the pm symptoms etc but unfortunately the people who got back to me, although they probably meant well, gave advice I didn’t agree with the authority of doctors and asked irrelevant questions and basically it wasn’t helpful to me,

on the other hand I asked a similar question in the demi*****l group and was pleasantly surprised by the response I got, no one assumed medical knowledge and basically it was comforting and interesting to know about other women going through the same thing and the same trauma even though their perspectives were a bit different to mine.

Mxt hit me hard today, even though I did rest a lot, albeit brokenly, it’s one of those days when I still feel I had insufficient rest and mood is low,

Oh well this happens to us all at times I know 👍

Hi all 👋 ooh am I glad to get in here for tea and a sit-down with you all 😀

Workmen have been today and now departed Joan 👍️ and finished ahead of what I estimated 😀. Not a bad job (it was only a little thing) I'd give them a B+ if I'm generous 😉, I don't think I'm ever likely to give anyone an A I don't think those sort of workmen exist, well maybe The King has some. I'm so glad you got a rose 😊 what's it called? I saw one I liked called Summer Song online at the place that Toni likes not far from her, I don't have a place in mind to put one at the moment though. Have a good Friday I have nothing planned and at least I am even ahead with the housework because I just kept doing bits while the men were here, for something to pass the time 😄. Love to the dogs & yourself 😘 xx

Hi bosh, I think I am among the lacquered myself now and I haven't even used an undercoat or topcoat, or even looked at my cuticles, whatever will become of me 😬😂. Sorry it's mean old mxt day I hope you feel better soon. And get some better uninterrupted rest 🤞 I intend to have a nap now if poss. Glad your mum is ok today. That hat you found for me 😮😂 and even more startling, that hair, yet we are only talking about a few generations back, whatever would they make of us today. Funny old world. By the way the nosegay parcel will not be coming back, heard nothing from seller just had to open an ebay item not received thing and be refunded 🤷‍♀️ ah well nothing irreplaceable. Nice to hear from you frog, looks like you are in a lovely place lots to see and do, maybe not the extreme sports side of things 😮 take care and enjoy it all. Elfie was in fact a great asset keeping an eye on the men and coming to tell me if they were doing things right 👍️ (they were, more or less 😉) it gave him something to do anyway. He looks happy to have company in the pic with his nice friends, so he won't be bored 😊 hope Kari is feeling much better now. Love to all & at home too 😘 xx

Sorry to hear about Ollie Stuart, I expect you told the vets when you cancelled, are they happy do you think that's it's just fur etc, hope he goes on ok. Sorry your mum and the folic acid are still not getting on 😔 that's a nuisance. Hope you have a better Friday & weekend xx

Toady (()) the rose is called Orange Princess and I got a Pieris little heath. They are going in patio pots. Charlie is trying to get on the internet he brought his laptop for me to put the password in it is so different to mine he wanted the capital letter to start you could put the password in but you couldn’t get any further it seemed as if it was locked. he’s asking his grandson to do it. I’m glad everything went well I had a new systern put on the toilet yesterday it’s press button. Have a good day

Hi folks 👋 nice day but the cold has just set in this afternoon, quite nippy.

Joan your rose looks lovely I looked it up 😊 double blooms too 😀 I'm sure it will be happy. I can't remember having had a pieris but I seem to think I once did, just can't be sure, they are nice though. Nice foliage aren't they 👍️. I got out this morning & did a little lawn edging while the sun was out, not much else, it was a bit tiring yesterday. Ooh a new cistern that will be me next I think 😬 unless I can get my chap to just fix mine for now but he may say it's not worth it. I'm old fashioned I like a handle 🤭 hope you get on nicely with it. Good luck to Charlie, I have been trying to update a banking app for an hour and I'm still at it; it's app only, I think I will close the account after this! Did you see about where in Scotland they are building 400 homes (too many 🙄) on the site of a former hospital and want to call the roads things like Virology Grove and Laboratory Place 😮 would you like to live there the article says, no thanks! Hi bosh I love the teacup on head pic, I even quite like that 'look' and the dresses, not sure why, not me at all really! The egg with a pearl earring is so funny too, it's just like it! perfect. Oh nail polish topcoat, no not round here either haha, my 'routine' is paint them and then promptly do something involving digging in the garden or sandpapering 😬😂. Hope your mum is ok now no low bp reoccurrence 🤞. Hope your day is ok too, not too much thermostat wrangling involved. I forgot to say the pen & sweets sounded interesting, never seen a combo like that before! have you resisted, or mostly? my current snack 'du jour' is a 'funsize' single Tw*x, nothing upmarket 😄.
