Midfoot fusion.

Hi all, newbie here. I had a double Midfoot fusion on 4/3/25. RHR in 2014, followed by LHR 2021.
My recovery from this op is certainly much tougher than the hips. Boredom is the main issue as I’m no weight bearing for 6weeks. A knee scooter has been a true godsend. Clips out tomorrow and my fifth cast to be put on (I hope there’s a pink one). No real pain post op as I had a brilliant nerve block and GA, but feeling it pull now as the wound is healing.
Just here to chat with others in the same boat.

    unfortunately I don’t have any personal experience with foot fusions but hopefully someone who does will come along to add to the post.
