Hello @iwannerbeme
Here's an article I found on Tumeric which you might find useful. Hopefully others will give their own personal experiences with it too :)

My specialist told me I would need a truck load of turmaric before it would make any difference to my oesteo. Wear and tear can't be miraculously cured. Otherwise after 20+ years of srthritis, I would be still be in the dance studio!
But if it helps…………
There is a lot of pseudo-science out there - and it is usually expensive. I always go by what the medical profession suggest - and Versus Arthritis of course.
Good lucl

Thank-you both, agree there is a lot of pseudo-science and I dont believe in miracle cures, but Im all for adding little changes in. My consulant told me diet was only 20 per cent, it doesnt sound a lot but then for example if exercise was another 20 per cent, you are almost half way there!

hi
after trying a lot of supplements, I found more impact from excluding foods, rather than adding, if that makes sense.

@iwannerbeme Hi at the moment I am taking an all in one joint pain relief tablet which contains Boswellia, and a Tumeric tablet as well, they will not cure your Arthritis but I have found that they are helping me with my pain,I was taking a PainAway tablet that had Boswellia in it that was really good, I was unhappy when it was taken of the market, they still make the ointment though which you can rub on you joints for relief. you must take any natural supplements capsules or tablets for at least a month for them to start working.
The only other medication I take is an occasional Osteomol tablet, when I over do things that gives me a lot of pain, I have hip, knee, back and neck osteoarthritis
I also have aTens machine that helps, I prefer natural pain relief.
I hope you find some relief from pain if you do decide to try them.
